1. Acceptance of Terms
When you access or use AppMate, you’re agreeing to follow these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. If you disagree with anything here, please do not use AppMate.
2. License to Use AppMate
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AppMate for personal and lawful purposes. You agree not to distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written consent from AppMate LLC. AppMate is designed to help you test and optimize your mobile apps, making them secure and ready for release. Use AppMate responsibly and in line with the law and these terms.
3. User Responsibility
- Account Security: Keep your account credentials safe! You’re responsible for any activity under your account, so let us know right away if you think someone is using it without permission.
- Compliance: You agree to follow all laws and regulations while using AppMate. Please don’t use the app for anything illegal or unauthorized.
4. Data & Privacy
AppMate may collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you’re giving your consent to this data collection and use.
5. User Content & Data
Any data you input into AppMate remains your property. However, by using the app, you grant us the right to process and use this data to improve app performance and deliver services to you, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
AppMate may use or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by the third-party terms and conditions. AppMate LLC is not responsible for any issues or damages arising from using of those third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
All AppMate app or site content, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photos, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, is owned, controlled, or licensed by AppMate. This Content is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights and laws against unfair competition.
8. Feedback
By sharing feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding AppMate, you agree that we may use, modify, and implement them without any obligation or compensation to you.
9. Termination of Access
We hope you have a great experience using AppMate, but if you violate these terms, we may need to suspend or terminate your access. While we’ll make an effort to avoid this, we do reserve the right to take such action.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AppMate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are dedicated to delivering a robust and dependable experience. While unforeseen issues may arise, we encourage users to contact us, and we will address and resolve any problems as promptly as possible. Additionally, we may periodically update AppMate to enhance functionality, which may include adding or removing features. We also reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the app for necessary maintenance or updates. However, we disclaim any responsibility for indirect damages, and by using AppMate, you agree to assume responsibility for such occurrences.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If there’s a big change, we’ll let you know by updating the terms here. Your continued use of AppMate means you accept those changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. By using AppMate, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue. This venue provision does not apply to consumers residing in the European Union, who may bring claims in the courts of their home country. Any claim under these Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises, or it will be permanently barred.
